4. Service providers
- Cloudflare, Inc. serves the website and produces the page-view statistics (Vercel Web Analytics), as our processor.
- On the simulator page, your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from jsDelivr and the SheetJS CDN. These providers receive your IP address and browser details to deliver the files.
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Storage in your browser
The simulator stores small items in your browser's local storage, such as your display preferences and the challenge prices you entered. They stay on your device, are not used for tracking, and you can clear them in your browser at any time.
6. How long we keep data
Hosting logs are kept by the provider for a short period for security. Page-view statistics are kept only in aggregate. E-mails are kept as long as the conversation needs, then deleted.
7. Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to kaloyan052@gmail.com; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority in your country.
8. Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date.
