Terms of use
1. Who we are
Aydeus Lab (the “Site”, available at https://aydeus.com), including the prop challenge simulator at https://aydeus.com/app/ (the “Simulator”), is operated by Kaloyan Simeonov Georgiev, a self-employed individual registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, ul. Todor Kableshkov 6 (“we”, “us”). Contact: kaloyan052@gmail.com.
2. What the Site is, and what it is not
The Site publishes research and education: historical tests of trading rules on our data, the standard we test them against, and a free Simulator that replays a trade history you provide under the published rules of prop-firm evaluations.
- No investment advice. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a trading signal, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, to use any strategy, or to buy any product, account or challenge. You make your own decisions and carry their consequences.
- Historical results. Test results are historical simulations on specific data, with the costs and assumptions stated on each page. They do not predict future results. A strategy that failed our tests may still make money for someone, and one that passed may lose it.
- Risk. Trading leveraged products such as CFDs and futures carries a high risk of losing money quickly. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
- Third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the authors, firms, brokers or platforms named on the Site unless a page says so. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify what was tested.
- Rules change. Prop-firm rules, fees and limits used by the Simulator are taken from the firms' public pages on the dates shown and may be out of date. Always check the firm's current terms.
3. Free service, no accounts
The Site and the Simulator are free and need no account. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
4. Your data
Trade files you load into the Simulator are processed inside your own browser and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you load. See the Privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the Site in a way that harms its availability, misrepresent our results as your own, or use the Site for anything unlawful. You may quote and link to our results with attribution and a link to the page.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Site, its text, charts and software. You keep all rights to your trade data and to the reports the Simulator generates for you, which you may use as you like.
7. Accuracy
We test our calculations and publish the files behind each number, but the Site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it fits a particular purpose. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it and note the correction on the page.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, challenge or account fees, lost profits or other losses that follow from decisions you make using the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Referral links
If a page contains a referral link, it is labelled where it appears and listed on our About page. Referrals never change a test result, a verdict or the order in which anything is shown.
10. Consumers
If you are a consumer, you keep all rights that the consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing in these terms takes them away.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version and its effective date are always on this page.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
